Since February 20, 2025, changing your display name by yourself is no longer possible due to system updates that ensure better security and account protection. However, if you still wish to update your display name, there are two simple ways to request the change. Please read the options carefully and choose the one that suits you best.
🔹 Option 1 – Fastest Method (Recommended):
Open a ticket on our Discord server for the quickest processing. Our support team is ready to assist you.
To ensure a smooth and quick update, please include the following details in your ticket:
Your current display name — so we can verify your identity.
Your User ID — this unique code can be found on your profile page:

The email address linked to your account — for additional verification.
Your new desired display name — make sure it follows our community guidelines.
Once you've submitted your ticket, our team will review your request and complete the update as soon as possible. You'll receive a confirmation message once the change is successful.
🔹 Option 2 – Email Request (Up to 14 Days Processing Time):
If you prefer email communication or don’t have access to Discord, you can also submit your request via email.
Send an email to displayname@cat3photos.com with the subject line:
“Display Name Change Request”
In your email, be sure to include:
Your current display name
Your User ID (found at: www.cat3photos.com/profile/youruserid)
The email address registered to your account
Your new desired display name
💡 Tip: To speed up the process, make sure you send the email from the same address that’s registered with your account.
Please note that email requests may take up to 14 days to process. We will notify you as soon as the change has been completed or if any additional information is required.
